Logging in to your leci slot account

Recovering access to your leci slot account

If you forget your password, select "Forgot your password?" on the login form. Enter the email address or username associated with your leci slot account. We send a password-reset link to your registered email address. Click the link within twenty-four hours, enter a new password, and confirm it. Your new password takes effect immediately. Log in with your new credentials.

If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact our support team in English. We verify your identity using your account username, phone number, and identity document—the same document you uploaded during account verification. Once confirmed, we send a password-reset link to an alternate email address you provide, or we assist you in updating your registered email. Account recovery typically takes one to two business days.

Your leci slot session and security

Your leci slot session is encrypted using HTTPS—all data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected. Login from Android, iOS, or desktop with the same account; each login is independent. You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously, but we flag unusual activity—for example, logins from different countries within minutes—and may ask you to verify your identity via email to prevent unauthorized access.

If you suspect your leci slot account has been compromised, log out immediately by selecting "Logout" in your account menu. Change your password from a secure device. If you cannot access your account, contact our support team and provide proof of account ownership. We freeze suspicious accounts pending investigation.
